Peter began his career in Medical Technology , Universitas Hospital (linked to University of Free State [UFS] medical school) and then switched to the Human Sciences (UFS) as a social worker, therapist and community worker and activist. He has a social sciences degree B.Soc.Sc.(SW).

He moved into Human Resources in Old Mutual, Labour Link and Sasol doing management training; research and development; facilitation; change management; project management; business and life coaching; and consulting.

Currently, Peter focuses on business coaching; life coaching and therapeutic work; and digital design and marketing – blending people and technology.
